EXCHANGES & RETURNS

We do understand that sometimes things don’t always work out, and that’s okay! We can offer you a refund or an exchange in size upon return. Please note however, that all 'sale' items purchases are final and can only be exchanged for store credit. 

Please read through the following conditions and information for returning or exchanging your item before making an email request.

Conditions for your Return/Exchange:

  • The item must be unworn and undamaged. Laura Shannon has the right to refuse exchange/return if the garment is not returned in its original condition.  

  • The labels still attached to the garment. 

  • You must send the item back within 14 days of receiving your item. 

I want to exchange my item

If you love your order but need to exchange it for a different size, that's okay, just fill out the contact form below to communicate your exchange request and we will check our stock levels for availability.

We will reserve the new size for you and send you an exchange shipping invoice which will have our return information on. Once you have paid the invoice and we have received the returned item, we will send you the exchange item.

You must send the original item back to us via tracked shipping. We cannot accept liability for items that do not reach us. The parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us and therefore we advise to use tracked shipping so the parcel can be tracked from end to end in the unfortunate case of loss or damage.
Please include your name and order number inside the package. Please mark the package as a 'return' to avoid customs fees if returning from outside of the UK.

In the unfortunate event that we are not able to accommodate your exchange request (perhaps we don’t have enough stock in the requested size) you will be notified and issued a refund instead. 

I want to return my item for a refund

In the unfortunate case that you don't love your new items, for whatever reason, please email and communicate your refund request.

We will be back in contact with you with return information for you to send your order back.

Once we have received the returned products, your order will be refunded as soon as possible after we've inspected the return to ensure it complies with our return conditions. Please note, you will not be refunded the initial postage fees.

Postage Costs

If you choose to return or exchange your item, it is your responsibility to cover the costs of return postage and exchange postage. We do not offer free returns or exchanges. If you have requested a refund upon the return of your item, and it is approved following our return procedure stated above, you will not be refunded the initial postage fees.

Can I buy multiple sizes just in case?

We hold a very limited amount of stock and therefore we do not encourage ordering multiple sizes of one item with the intention of returning the majority. 

This may mean that somebody else might miss out, and it also makes tracking our stock levels very difficult. If you do place an order requesting multiple sizes of the same item, you will be contacted and asked to choose the one size and your order will be partially cancelled/refunded.

Our size guide is very accurate and our clothes are made and measured alongside this for sizing accuracy. If you are unsure of what size to purchase, please send us a message and we can help!
