SHIPPING INFO
We currently ship to select countries from West Yorkshire, England. Our usual postal service is Royal Mail, if you're based outside the UK they transfer your parcel to the local postal carrier in your destination country, this information will be available through your tracking number which will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped.
Every order is sent with tracking, both UK and international deliveries, to ensure peace of mind for both us as a company and you as our customer.

Please note: we do not ship orders on weekends or bank holidays.
We charge a flat rate for each destination, to cover our postage and packaging costs. This flat rate is fixed so you always know what to expect when you order from us, no matter what or how many items your order contains.
Please note: import taxes and fees are not included in the product or shipping prices displayed on our website. Custom/tax and import fees are completely out of our hands and our control. It is therefore the customer’s responsibility to pay these if any do occur. All products have full transparency in the product descriptions about where the items are made, etc to help predictions for any charges.

**We are unfortunately not shipping to Europe or Northern Ireland at the moment. We’re currently trying to figure out the new GPSR rules and regulations put in place.
