SHIPPING INFO

We currently ship to select countries from West Yorkshire, England. Our usual postal service is Royal Mail, if you're based outside the UK they transfer your parcel to the local postal carrier in your destination country, this information will be available through your tracking number which will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped.

Every order is sent with tracking, both UK and international deliveries, to ensure peace of mind for both us as a company and you as our customer.

Please note: we do not ship orders on weekends or bank holidays.

We charge a flat rate for each destination, to cover our postage and packaging costs. This flat rate is fixed so you always know what to expect when you order from us, no matter what or how many items your order contains.

**We are unfortunately not shipping to Europe or Northern Ireland at the moment. We’re currently trying to figure out the new GPSR rules and regulations put in place. We will be opening shipping to these areas at some point soon hopefully (fingers crossed!) but please bare with us whilst we navigate this situation.**
