This skirt was inspired by Vegas lights, the tunnel of love and the Moulin Rouge stage!

- Hearts are featured down the left side that are adorned with glass diamantés
- Front, open-ended zip for accessibility
- Zip is secure enough to wear the skirt alone without the belt

- Slit in front at the bottom of the zip
